Mmmmmmm. Cheese and strawberry & currant jam danish/coffee cake. It is really good. Two mistakes though, 2) it’s undercooked and doughy I’m the middle, 2)the coarse cornmeal in the topping is too hard, use an oatmeal crisp next time.
