Rhubarb cheese danish tastiness
On second try at the cheese danish. Fully cooked this time and not sandy from the corn meal. I swapped the topping for an oatmeal crisp topping. Also I made rhubarb jam from fresh rhubarb. Next time the dough got way too thick could have been two. Also the cheese and fruit could be increased. The pictures have rhubarb but it’s more green then red.
